Our platform offers comprehensive content on supply chain logistics as well as WiseTech Global product training and certification.
We are seeking a proactive Program Manager to help drive the growth and engagement of WiseTech Academy, build a stronger community of CargoWise Certified Users, and support key partnerships across the logistics industry.
About the Team WiseTech Academy is transforming how the logistics industry learns, upskills, and stays ahead.
We provide online courses, certifications, and continuous learning to help individuals and companies unlock the full potential of CargoWise and navigate the fast-changing world of logistics.
You'll be joining a collaborative team that works across product, marketing, eLearning, partnerships, and customer engagement to deliver world-class education to tens of thousands of users globally.
About the Role In this role, you will support the growth and success of WiseTech Academy by driving initiatives that increase course commencements and strengthen engagement with learners, partners, and corporate customers.
You will also help transform our 40,+ CargoWise Certified Users into a living, breathing ecosystem – activating the community to drive engagement, grow product usage, showcase success stories, boost retention, and reward our certified professionals.
Your responsibilities will include: Certification Program strategy, design and management: Assist in campaign execution, stakeholder coordination, and continuous process improvement initiatives to scale certification operations.
Certified User Engagement: Co-develop the Certifications strategy for WiseTech Global product learning and CargoWise Certifications.
Develop content to engage and retain Certified Users, including copywriting for newsletters, case studies, articles, and marketing communications.
Build and manage rewards programs, campaigns, competitions, and community membership initiatives to drive engagement.
Community and Content Creation: Create and distribute regular learning content in collaboration with the eLearning team, including product updates and learning materials.
Connect with Certified Users to source and write news stories, interviews, case studies, and human-centered success stories.
Social and Community Outreach: Work with our social media team to reach and engage our tens of thousands of followers, promoting certifications and community achievements.
Partner Association Support: Support the acquisition and launch of new partnerships through collateral creation and member marketing.
Assist with partner events and presentations promoting WiseTech Academy.
Internal Communications: Support internal marketing for the Academy.
Sales and Key Account Enablement: Assist in developing materials to support CargoWise and WiseTech Academy sales teams and key account managers to promote the Academy.
Program Reporting and Insights: Maintain dashboards and report on certification and engagement metrics, providing insights to support continuous program improvement.
This is a hands-on, impactful role where you will help scale one of WiseTech Global's most important global initiatives.
About You You are a highly organized, proactive team player who can confidently manage multiple projects and priorities.
You have strong communication skills, a data-driven mindset, and a passion for delivering operational excellence, community engagement, and user advocacy.
Ideally, you will bring: 5+ years of experience in program coordination, marketing, community management, or education-related roles.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including content creation experience.
Ability to work with data and reporting tools.
Experience creating engagement campaigns and user incentives.
A proactive, self-starter approach with the ability to work independently.
Familiarity with partner marketing, events, and association communications (desirable).
Familiarity with SaaS, certifications, education, or logistics sectors (desirable but not required).
