Customer Service Consultants
to join our team in Port Melbourne on a permanent full-time or part-time basis.

We require the successful candidate to be based in Melbourne, Victoria, as this role will be based out of our office in
Port Melbourne
.
In this role, you will be an important member of the Customer Service team, reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, providing phone and email customer service, sales, and support.
The core responsibilities include:
Receiving inbound calls and email inquiries from commercial and residential customers
Making proactive outbound calls to existing customers to promote our products and services
Resolving customer queries promptly and accurately
Scheduling services for residential customers
Converting inquiries into sales opportunities
Collaborating with colleagues
Meeting KPI targets
Maintaining customer databases with up-to-date records and ensuring compliance
The ideal candidate possesses:
Experience in customer service or call center environments (essential)
Residing in Port Melbourne (office-based role)
Experience in phone sales and converting inquiries into sales
Excellent verbal and electronic communication skills
Ability to work calmly under pressure and multi-task
Strong problem-solving skills
Teamwork orientation
Professionalism, reliability, and punctuality
Availability to work Monday to Friday in the office
