**The Opportunity**
Goal Group is seeking an AIC knowledgeable Contracts Specialist or Project Manager with experience providing support to early Defence Capability Life cycle (Acquisition) projects.

In this role, you will:

- Assist with detailed analysis of the preferred tenderers AIC offers in support of Contract Negotiation.
- Provide support throughout the negotiation period
- Provide input into the Contract Negotiation Report.
- Post Contract Signature, transition to supporting the management and review of the AIC artefacts to be delivered by the preferred tenderer under the Acquisition Contract.

**About you**
- Project management and/or Contract Management qualifications - Being a registered member of the Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM) would be advantageous.
- Experience in Contract Management or Project management in early acquisition phases of Defence projects
- Contract negotiation experience would be highly desirable
- Knowledge of AIC policy, AIC contractual framework and ASDEFCON suite
- Due to urgency of this role, a security clearance: Baseline minimum with willingness to upgrade to NV1 is required.
