**About you and the role**:
We are looking for a Leading Hand to manage the fit out works for the $300m new build of the Shoalhaven Hospital. Working under the Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of HSEQ standards on site and managing the subcontractors.

**Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to)**:

- Review risk assessments.
- Provide and take leadership responsibility in health, safety and environment management.
- Work under the direction of the site supervisor.
- Coordinate and undertake construction work.

**What we are looking for**:

- Carpentry trade.
- Previous fit out experience on large scale projects.
- White card.
- Valid drivers licence.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
