
Transformative Coaching Lead

The Coaching and Development Specialist is responsible for leading learning strategies and coaching activities that build service capacity for our Home and Community Care staff.
This role will actively support workflow and ensure daily practice aligns with our operation model of care, based on person-centred principles.
They will work alongside leadership teams and frontline staff, providing advice and support.
- Tertiary or Diploma qualification in a relevant field such as Aged Care, Health, Business, or equivalent experience.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is highly regarded.
- Experience in Aged Care and/or Health environments.
- Significant experience in coaching and supporting employees to ensure content is updated and fit for purpose.
- Ability to convey information and ideas through creative channels that support understanding and retention.
- Confident in navigating and nurturing teams through ambiguity and change.
- Passion for social change and contributing to an organisation making a positive impact for vulnerable members of the community.
- Proficient in using multiple computer applications and willing to learn new systems/programs.
- Current driver's licence and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle.
