Reporting to the Townsville Depot Supervisor, you will be responsible for the safe delivery of fuel to various customers within theInghamregion.Permanent, full-time opportunityGuaranteed minimum of 70 hours per fortnightSunday & Public Holiday penalty ratesUniforms & PPE providedA safety comes first work environment supported by our dedicated HSSE teamExceptional training program provided by our team of Driver TrainersTasks and Responsibilities:Loading, transportation and delivery of fuel products to retail, commercial, agricultural & industrial customersPerform daily pre-start checks on vehicles and equipmentManage fatigue and perform log book dutiesDevelop, grow and maintain good relationships with our customersEnsure compliance and safety is adhered to at all timesCarry out all duties within set timeframes and follow instructionsSkills and Experience:Must have a valid HC Licence and experience in an HC vehicleFuel experience beneficial, however not necessaryLowes are able to assist in obtaining the following requirements where appropriate:Dangerous Goods licence considered an advantageSLP is considered an advantageBFM Statement of AttainmentCommercial Driver Medical FitnessClean driving record and a commitment to a safe work environmentDedication to achieving high standards of safetyGreat customer service and friendly attitudeGood communication skills both verbal and writtenAll Lowes Petroleum drivers are expected to contribute to a positive professional driving culture, proactively contribute to organisational safety goals, and be reliable.Lowes reserves the right to close applications earlier than the nominated date.
