Reporting to the Area Manager - Rebuilds Execution, the **Workshop Supervisor** will manage and provide strong leadership to a team of trades people. This position will be accountable for managing machine delivery times frames, effective financial controls on work orders, ensuring compliance and driving safety.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- HD Mechanical or Auto Electrician Trade Qualification with previous Caterpillar experience being advantageous
- Demonstrated experience in a Leadership / Supervisory role with the ability to provide positive leadership and conflict management
- Ability to organise team members and delegate tasks whilst managing workload
- Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to successfully manage fluctuating workloads and prioritise accordingly.
- Proven experience in delivery workorders for machine Rebuilds or Fleet Management
- Be well aligned and exhibit WesTrac's SPARC values of Safety, Pride, Accountability, Respect and Customer.
