Property Management Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate property manager to join our team in the Illawarra region. As a key member of our investment management team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience before transitioning to your own boutique portfolio.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Nurture an existing portfolio of properties
  • Develop new client relationships and maintain strong communication with landlords and tenants
  • Conduct routine inspections and manage repairs, maintenance, and arrears
  • Participate in team training and development
Requirements:
  • Minimum 12 months experience in a property management department role or similar
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Positive can-do attitude with an interest in self-development
  • Current Certificate of Registration/Licence
  • Own well-maintained vehicle essential
