Talent Acquisition Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Talent Acquisition Professional to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing the full cycle recruitment process for entry level and junior roles, as well as supporting the development of talent pipelines.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. They will also have strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage full cycle recruiting for entry level and junior roles, including attraction, screening, interviewing, and placement.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines through effective relationships with hiring managers, job seekers, and external partners.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and source top talent for current and future business needs.
  • Assist in the preparation of job advertisements, job descriptions, and other recruitment materials.
  • Support the recruitment team in the delivery of exceptional candidate experiences.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software.
