We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Analyst to join our growing team and help drive our sales strategy through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse internal sales performance data, customer trends, and marketing effectiveness
  • Develop detailed reports and dashboards to support senior management in identifying growth opportunities
  • Interpret market research to assess potential business opportunities, pricing strategies, and competitor positioning
  • Collaborate with business development and marketing teams to align sales initiatives with data insights
  • Prepare regular performance reviews, forecasts, and business intelligence reports
  • Monitor KPIs and recommend strategic adjustments to optimise commercial outcomes
  • Provide insights into customer segmentation, channel effectiveness, and territory analysis
  • Support the development and execution of sales and client retention strategies

Qualifications & Skills

  • A degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in a business or data analysis role
  • Strong skills in Excel and data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Familiarity with sales performance metrics, forecasting, and market research
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working in fintech, education, or international markets (desirable)
