Located in the Bayside 30 minutes from the CBD, our client is well known for being one of the most successful brands in Melbourne. **The Role**

As a Team Leader, you will manage a portfolio of 45 properties while supporting the Property Management team. The business is set for continued growth under the guidance of a proactive Senior Manager with initiative and a desire to build an enviable business.

Ultimately you will take control of the department to select, train and retain a growing team of consummate professionals. You will enjoy the vibrant nature of the team and the support you will receive from the Senior Manager in managing a team of Property Managers and Virtual Assistants within the compliance department in their Brighton office.
- Current Agent's Representative Certificate
- Previous leadership experience
- Current Driver's License with a well maintained vehicle
- Experience with leading and mentoring staffs
- Clarify goals and tasks, and gather ideas for improvement
- Appraise performance and counsel team members
- Excellent analytical, organizational and task management skills
- Well-presented and well spoken
- Exceptional customer service skills
