**The Role**

We are currently looking for an individual with passion and drive who wants to be part of this success story and who can support our Operations and Commercial functions continue to deliver best practice results.
Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain you will lead and manage efficient supply for the commercial portfolio within Krispy Kreme ANZ.
Driving communication between sales and operations is the core of this newly created role, where you will oversee the in-store execution for our commercial partners from the delivery phase through to merchandising, analysing key performance drivers and executional outcomes to make recommendations to the business based on risks to agreement obligations and delivery.

In this sweet role you will:
- Proactively monitoring of logistics operations and merchandising standards on a daily basis per store
- Execute change where the above measures are not met including re-educating logistics/merchandise partners on best practice
- Support the commercial team in maintaining strong customer relationships, serving as their first point of contact on all matters relating to Logistics and merchandising standards.
- Identify and drive opportunities to improve customer service levels and in store operational efficiency.
- Support and execute customer-Krispy Kreme joint business plans.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with logistics partners to analyse, report and discuss joint KPIs.
- Develop SLAs (Service Level Agreements) for logistics partners, relative metrics, and business efficiency projects.
- Developing and agreeing performance measures and processes to optimise the order to cash cycle to achieve collaborative benefits on cost, quality & service for both Krispy Kreme and our key accounts.

**What you can bring to the team**

- Experience working in Supply Chain, Logistics or Commercial functions
- You are able to display strong analytical skills, and commercial understanding
- You possess significant interpersonal, networking and relationship skills with a proven ability to engage and influence at senior to executive levels, as well as an aptitude for people development and an ability work under pressure and in ambiguity.
