We are currently seeking a full time onsite **Accounts Payable Clerk** to join our very busy and highly varied **Accounts department** located at **Warwick Farm**. Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, you will be managing creditors across all our NSW locations.

**About the opportunity**:

- Process invoices for allocation and approval using Docusmart
- Creditor reconciliation and resolving discrepancies
- Managing creditor and internal department enquiries
- Various duties to support the team

**About you**:

- Previous experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance/admin role
- Microsoft office skills, including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Excellent time-management and administration skills
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to develop working relationships
- Knowledge of Motor Dealership systems and basic understanding of automotive industry is highly regarded
