AI Video Generation Lead Researcher

We are seeking a highly skilled researcher to lead our team in developing cutting-edge AI video generation technologies. The successful candidate will have a strong background in machine learning and computer vision, with expertise in areas such as diffusion models and GANs.

This role involves leading a team of researchers, defining research agendas aligned with our product goals, and guiding the development of models for video synthesis. Additionally, you will collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate research outcomes into our platform.

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing innovative AI video generation techniques
  • Leading a team of researchers to advance state-of-the-art video synthesis capabilities
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of research outcomes
  • Representing our organization in the AI research community through publications, conferences, and open-source contributions

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Strong expertise in machine learning and computer vision
  • Experience in leading research teams and guiding the development of AI-powered products
