AussieOS are a relocation company that support workers when they first move to or around Australia to find longterm housing.

We are looking for a self starting, customer service oriented, hardworking and dynamic individual preferably with property management and strong administration skills to work as a Client Services Coordinator.

In this role you will be actively coordinating and supporting relocation consultants on a national level as well as liaising with relocation clients and corporate clients directly.

The position requires a minimum 20 hours a week to be delivered over 3 - 4 days,

Your task will be to bring structure and process to an evolving and sometimes challenging environment.

Essential Skills and Attributes:

- Property Management experience and knowledge of the legislation.
- Demonstrated problem solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve outcomes on time, productivity and efficiently while aches high level of customer satisfaction.
- Exceptional attention to detail and customer service.
- Project and Client Management skills.
- Experience using a CRM Eg Hubspot or similar.
- A positive attitude, true love and detailed knowledge of Perth Western Australia and other parts of Australia.
- Willingness to lean in and actively support the team in person when required.
- Drivers license and own vehicle.
- Demonstrated experience with CRM system
- Demonstrated experience leading a team to achieve outcomes
- Strong Administration and marketing experience is desirable.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year
