The Ideal Candidate
Prior experience in asset finance, commercial lending, or financial services.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with clients and partners.
Confidence and charisma to lead meetings and inspire teams.
A customer-centric mindset and willingness to understand client needs.
An entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm for creating something from scratch.
