ERM is seeking a Data & Integration Consultant to join our growing team in Adelaide or Melbourne, Australia.
The ideal candidate will be tasked with ensuring smooth integration of systems and technologies within the organisation.
Objectives include developing integration strategies aligned with business goals, collaborating with teams to design and implement solutions, and managing project delivery to optimise workflows and enhance operational effectiveness.Key Responsibilities: ConsultingDevelop and execute integration strategies to ensure seamless integration of systems, processes, and technologies within the organisationCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify integration needs and design solutions that meet business requirements and objectivesManage integration projects from initiation to completion, including defining project scope, timelines, and resource requirementsWork closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates on project progress, and ensure alignment with business goalsOversee the technical implementation of integration solutions, including configuration, testing, and deploymentConduct thorough testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of integrated systemsBusiness Development/Leadership/StrategyDefine and execute strategies for expanding the integration services business, identifying new business opportunities and partnershipsBuild and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their integration needs and driving business growth through upselling, cross-selling, and account expansionProvide expertise on integration solutions to potential clients, supporting sales efforts through presentations, demonstrations, and proposal developmentProvide leadership and guidance to the integration team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture focused on delivering exceptional client service and resultsDrive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize integration processes, tools, and methodologies, enhancing efficiency, productivity, and client satisfactionClient SupportRespond to client support questions and requests via phone or email where necessaryProvide technical guidanceRisk & ComplianceComply with relevant firm and industry legislation and incorporate into practices and processes as relevantReport all identified risks, breachesComply with relevant OH&S legislation, adhering to reasonable instructions, work procedures and practices to maintain the health and safety of the teamReport all workplace hazards and incidentsSkillsStrong interpersonal skillsStrong problem solving skillsExtremely organised and detail orientedExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field2+ years of experience in integration project management, with expertise in system integration methodologies and technologies (such as Oracle Integration Cloud and Mulesoft)Strong technical background, with proficiency in integration platforms, APIs, and data formatsFamiliarity with agile and DevOps methodologies is desirable#LI-JW1
