The Role:

ASSEMBLE has been engaged exclusively to recruit an experienced Senior Site Supervisor for a renowned luxury home developer builder that has been operating for over 20 years in South East QLD.

Our client does their own developments and bespoke builds for clients in the $1.7m to $4m range and are currently doing 10-13 builds a year.

They have done some incredible high-end unique builds with their own in-house architecture design team and construction teams.

This role is based Brisbane will oversee four new builds between Rochedale and Toowong on the south side.

Build contracts for these bespoke homes range between $1.7m to $2.3m for these four builds and will have direct support from their construction manager & internal construction team.

The mentality of the team is everyone chips in and gives a hand they would ideally like someone who would be happy to jump on the tools once every few months if needed to get something done to meet a deadline for example.

Plenty of career development opportunities if you are looking for progression in your role as they will need an area manager for Brisbane with their ongoing growth.

Remuneration for this position is $130,000 to $150,000 + Super + Vehicle & Fuel card.

Our client is currently using Buildxact & Buildtrend as their construction software. Training will be provided
