Associate – Renewables & Infrastructure, Sydney
Kenbury is currently partnering with a leading independent advisory firm to appoint an Associate within their growing Renewables & Infrastructure team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-calibre platform, working alongside seasoned dealmakers on complex, high-profile transactions across energy transition, infrastructure, and essential services.
Key Responsibilities
Support execution of M&A, capital raising and strategic advisory mandates
Build and review financial models, valuations and detailed analysis
Prepare client presentations, transaction materials and investment papers
Conduct industry research and contribute to deal origination efforts
Collaborate with senior bankers and clients across multiple workstreams
Ideal Profile
3–5 years' experience in investment banking, corporate advisory or top-tier consulting
Demonstrated exposure to infrastructure, energy or related sectors
Strong technical skills in financial modelling, valuations and analysis
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and project delivery capability
Ambitious, driven, and thrives in a lean, entrepreneurial environment
