Associate - Renewables & Infrastructure

Kenbury is currently partnering with a leading independent advisory firm to appoint an Associate within their growing Renewables & Infrastructure team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-calibre platform, working alongside seasoned dealmakers on complex, high-profile transactions across energy transition, infrastructure, and essential services.
Key Responsibilities- Support execution of M&A, capital raising and strategic advisory mandates
- Build and review financial models, valuations and detailed analysis
- Prepare client presentations, transaction materials and investment papers
- Conduct industry research and contribute to deal origination efforts
- Collaborate with senior bankers and clients across multiple workstreams
- 3–5 years' experience in investment banking, corporate advisory or top-tier consulting
- Demonstrated exposure to infrastructure, energy or related sectors
- Strong technical skills in financial modelling, valuations and analysis
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and project delivery capability
- Ambitious, driven, and thrives in a lean, entrepreneurial environment
