We are currently looking for a Digital Performance Executive with 1-2 years' experience in digital marketing to join our team.
This is an entry level position based out of our Perth office and reporting into the Digital Performance Manager.
This full-time role will help deliver quality advertising campaigns across key performance channels, including Meta, Google Ads & SEO.
About the role:
Assist with setting up, reporting and optimisation of paid performance campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.
Set up and implement end-to-end campaign tracking, including (but not limited to) UTM and conversion tracking for Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
Day-to-day management and optimisation of digital advertising campaigns.
Monthly reporting on campaign performance by analysing data, interpreting metrics and providing insights and recommendations.
Assist the Digital Performance Manager in building new client strategy proposals, making a strong contribution to overall client strategies.
Client campaign budget management.
Use platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, TikTok Business Centre.
About You:
A team player with the ability to self-organise, prioritise and meet deadlines.
Experience with social media advertising on Facebook Ads Manager and Google Analytics (GA4).
Experience with Google Ads is a plus.
Experience with organic social media would be ideal, but not essential.
A passion for keeping up-to-date with the latest digital marketing and social trends.
Strong communication skills and enthusiasm.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail.
Holds or is willing to obtain Facebook Blueprint and Google Ads certifications.
A current drivers' licence.
