Job Title: Digital Performance Executive

We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to fill the role of Digital Performance Executive. This exciting opportunity is ideal for someone with a passion for digital marketing who wishes to take their skills to the next level.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the setup, reporting, and optimization of paid performance campaigns across Meta and Google Ads. They will also be responsible for setting up and implementing end-to-end campaign tracking, including UTM and conversion tracking for Google Ads and Meta campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the setup, reporting, and optimization of paid performance campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.
  • Set up and implement end-to-end campaign tracking, including UTM and conversion tracking for Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
  • Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns on a daily basis.
  • Provide monthly reporting on campaign performance by analyzing data, interpreting metrics, and providing insights and recommendations.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years' experience in digital marketing.
  • Experience with social media advertising on Facebook Ads Manager and Google Analytics (GA4).
  • Experience with organic social media would be ideal but not essential.
  • A strong understanding of the latest digital marketing and social trends.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Hold or be willing to obtain Facebook Blueprint and Google Ads certifications.
  • A current driver's license.
