- An energetic approach as this department can become extremely busy.
- Strong customer focus, ensuring we keep the customer in mind no matter what we do.
- Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A safe mindset, and being comfortable with physical work and manual handling including repetitive heavy lifting.
- The successful applicant must have availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day, evening and be available to work 3 out of 4 weekends.

**Responsibilities**:
As an IKEA Food Co-worker you ensure your area is efficiently maintained as well as clean, organised, attractive and inviting to provide a positive customer experience.

We currently have opportunities within the Commercial and Operations IKEA Food departments, and your duties may include:
Operations team:

- Kitchen Production - Food preparation, cooking and customer service with a focus on food safety, controlling waste, and following production levels and cooking methods.
- Dishwash - Processing dishes and maintaining the washing up area and machines whilst supporting and maintaining the cleanliness of the customer restaurant.
- Bistro - Cash handling, customer service, food preparation and cooking.

Commercial team:

- Customer Restaurant - Cash handling, customer service and maintaining the customer restaurant.
- Swedish Food Market - Active selling, cash handling, customer service.

Additional Information

These roles are permanent part time 30-40hrs/fortnight.
