**Job Description**:
Prior exposure to Recruitment or HR would be ideal, although not essential as we are open to those with transferrable skills and experience in Administration/EA, Operations, Customer Service, Banking/Finance, Accounts Payable/Receivable, etc., looking to change careers

Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with Relationship Managers to deliver exceptional service to the client, supplier and internal teams
- Responsible for operational and backend transactional items such as updates to hiring manager, updates to suppliers, running excel reports, scheduling interviews, references, criminal history checks (CHC), and system changes within the vendor management system.
- Must have an eye for detail and be able to follow operational instructions and guidelines accurately
- Liaise with hiring managers and suppliers, to ensure all necessary new starter instructions and paperwork is completed and collected prior to starting assignment
- Provide general program and system user and supplier support
- Ensure compliance with client procurement policies, guidelines and operational processes
- Monitor data integrity
- Act as team player to all peer

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal and written communications
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment that changes from day to day
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills required
- Excellent documentation and follow up skills required
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of MS office and PC skills
- Able to work independently
- Experience working for a VMS and /or MSP preferred not must
- Experience with Fieldglass preferred not must
