**Digital Optimisation Manager**

**_Role length - 12 month maximum term _**

**What's the role?**

Join us as a Digital Optimisation Manager supporting performance uplift across our websites, banking apps and digital communication channels. This Sydney-based, permanent role will see you drive engagement by coordinating go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new digital features and optimising how customers interact with our app. You'll work closely with teams across Digital, Marketing, and Corporate Affairs, playing a key role in content planning, campaign delivery, and continuous improvement through data and insights.

**What do I need?**
- Ability to translate technical features into engaging customer content and communications
- Strong digital marketing and GTM campaign experience
- Confident using analytics tools like Adobe, Tableau or SEO platforms to drive results
- Ability to identify and act on customer insights, data and behaviour
- Collaborative mindset with strong stakeholder management across multiple teams
