**About the Team**:
Curriculum into the Classroom and CTL Production undertakes the design and delivery of digital resources and capability development to support the ongoing implementation of the Australian Curriculum in Queensland schools.
About the Role
**The role of the AO7 Principal Project Officer is to**:
- Lead in the design, development and delivery of digital resources to support implementation of the Australian Curriculum in Queensland schools.
- Effectively manage a team and provide constructive feedback to support the production of quality online materials.
- Provide high level strategic advice to the Director to support quality decision making in the design and delivery of digital and multi-media materials.
- Prepare submissions, reports, briefing material and correspondence for the Director.
- Provide ongoing support to senior management regarding resource production utilising various methods including written reporting, staff engagement and face to face meetings.
- Actively contribute to an environment that values performance, customer service, continuous improvement and innovation in the delivery of high-quality materials and services.
About You
**The ideal applicant will have**:
- Demonstrated extensive knowledge and skills in project management, particularly in the area of development and delivery of digital and multi-media resources.
- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain positive relationships with team members and clients through working effectively within teams in order to achieve required outcomes and to support effective networking and professional development.
- Demonstrated ability to commit energy and drive to ensure goals are achieved within scheduled timeframes utilising production knowledge and understanding.
- Demonstrated ability to confidently present messages for a variety of audiences in a clear, concise and articulate manner utilising high level interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills.
When working in regulated employment an employee must have a current Working with Children Clearance (blue card) issued by Blue Card Services.
