**What's our Graduate Program about?**
- We are looking for recent graduates with curious minds and strong enthusiasm for learning to join us in February 2026.- Our award-winning three-year graduate program allows you to work alongside industry experts on real-world challenges. Through a series of rotations, you'll be exposed to different areas of our organisation, with an opportunity to test and build your skills, and take control of your career from day one.
- Our Strategy & Customer graduates help us tackle complex business problems with a human-centred approach. Throughout multiple rotations you will get opportunities to support delivery of programs of work, get involved in creative campaigns, and assist with development of long-term strategic initiatives.
- We will work with you throughout the program to help you identify your preferred career pathway. At the end of the program, you will join a team in a permanent role that best matches your skills and career interests with business requirements and opportunities.

**To be eligible to apply, you'll need to**:

- Graduate by the end of the 2025 academic year with a Bachelor or Masters in any field.
- Be prepared to commence full-time employment in February 2026 located within Melbourne.
- Hold Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
- Be available to take part in an assessment day with us on Tuesday, 3 June 2025.
