The ability to plan and perform moderately complex and non-routine analytical processes is what will put you ahead in the job of Principal Chemistry Lab Tech. This is applied to moderately complex prototypes, products, special equipment and services, and laboratory tests and procedures. Act as a mentor on the chemical hygiene plan and laboratory safety standards. Take an active role in the development of best practices in activities related to product design, development and manufacturing. Work independently make sure deliverables are always on time. Requirements for this job include 8 hours of college chemistry (preferred) and 8 years of related laboratory testing experience.
