The Opportunity

We're on the lookout for a Full-Time Laboratory Technician (Monday to Friday) to join our dedicated team. This is your chance to combine science and wine, supporting both laboratory excellence and hands-on winemaking. If you've recently completed a Diploma in Laboratory Technology or have equivalent experience, this role could be the perfect blend for you.

What You'll Do

Every day will bring variety and challenge, with tasks such as:

  • Performing chemical, microbial, and instrument-based analysis on wine
  • Preparing standards and solutions to keep quality at its best
  • Calibrating and checking lab equipment to maintain accuracy
  • Keeping meticulous laboratory records and reports
  • Maintaining stock and supporting cellar and field operations when needed

What We're Looking For

You're a motivated, detail-focused professional with a "safety first" mindset. Ideally, you'll bring:

  • Experience with pipetting, titrations, and chemical handling
  • (Bonus points) Spectrophotometer experience and knowledge of NATA or Quality Systems
  • A strong work ethic, time management skills, and reliability
  • A collaborative spirit, with the ability to follow procedures systematically
  • Current driver's licence and reliable transport
