You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate and efficient staff rosters, ensuring seamless service delivery, and collaborating with Aged Care and Disability Coordinators and cross-functional teams.ResponsibilitiesFirst point of contact for clients, families, and carersStaff rostering and workforce coordinationMaintaining high-quality customer service and relationshipsField staff support and trainingManaging feedback, including complaints and complimentsCollaborating with internal departmentsAbout YouYou're an adaptable and motivated professional who values dignity and independence for older people and those living with a disability.
