**Nagambie, VIC**
**.** Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day running of production, team.

**About the role**:

- Manage a team of bottling operators ensuring they are working efficiently
- Ensure Quality Assurance paperwork and systems are accurate.
- Analyse and optimise the production schedule ensuring continuous improvement.
- Monitor and set KPI's.
- Assist with budget reviews and forecasting.
- Assist in implementing and improving production processes

**About you**:

- Proven track record as Production Supervisor or similar
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Solid and hands-on experiences in manufacturing of FMCG environment.
- Proven ability to lead, meet deadlines and targets.
- Innovative and able to make decisions under pressure
- Sound knowledge of Food Safety & Quality Standards and OH&S requirements.
- Hands-on experiences with machinery and maintenance would be an advantage.
