Oceania Clothing Services is a third party logistics - 3PL - Warehousing and Distribution company situated in the Western Suburbs (Derrimut & Turganina). We are dedicated to fast, efficient and flexible processing solutions of imported and local goods (such as apparel, footwear, headwear, fashion accessories, workwear, uniforms, and more) through to delivery and on-line order fulfillment.

With over 20 plus years of experience in the fashion and apparel industry we provide solutions to small, medium and large companies for all their logistics, warehousing, processing and distribution needs.

We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our fulfillment operations. You'll ensure that production remains a smooth and efficient process by monitoring employees and organizing workflows.

In a fast paced environment like production, the supervisor is an integral part of a 3PL industry making sure of the processes to be in place. They must be competent and comprehend complex operations. You should also be able to optimize day-to-day activities while minimizing the costs.

The goal is to ensure that production processes deliver outputs of maximum quality in a profitable manner.

**_ The Production Supervisor has the capacity to progress to a Production Manager and finally as an Operations Manager._**

**Responsibilities**
- Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
- Oversee and coach employees
- Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
- Check production output according to specifications
- Submit reports on performance and progress
- Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
- Train new employees on how to follow procedures or processes
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards

**Essential Role with Key Warehouse Personnel**
- Liaise with HR Coordinator for staff requirement and scheduling.
- Aligns with the Head of Operations for workflows, daily KPI's and working requirements.
- Reports and collaborate with Company Directors to ensure company objectives are targeted in a daily/weekly/monthly manner.
- Joins forces with Warehouse Supervisor/s and Team Leaders to ensure smooth warehouse culture and environment leading to productivity.

**Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements**
- Considerable Experience in 3PL pick & pack warehousing (preferably handling clothing and apparel)
- Supervisory experience & driving teams to achieve KPI targets (daily, weekly, monthly)
- OH&S Safety certification - having good experience in practicable and reasonable safety procedures (preferable)
- High Risk vehicle Licence Holder - Forklift and High Reach (preferable)
- Australian Driver's Licence Holder (required)
