What you will be doing
Reporting to the Supervisor, some of your duties will include:
Ensure safety protocols and procedures are strictly adhered to, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Assist with the fit out of jaw crushers and associated lubrication and hydraulic packs.
Assist with the fit out of cone crushers and associated lubrication and hydraulic packs.
Fit out bearings and shaft locking elements to conveyor pulleys.
Install vibrating screens and feeders and set weights inside exiter boxes.
Fit pulleys and idlers to conveyors including mechanical alignments.
Fit V-belt drives and gearboxes to conveyors, screens, and crushers.
Collaborate and effectively communicate with other team members, including welders, plumbers, or pipefitters.
What is required? (Tickets & Licenses)
Experience working within the mining, construction and resources industry.
Australian Recognised Trade Certificate.
High Risk Work Licence - WP.
Working at Heights within 2 years.
Construction White Card.
Unlimited Australian working rights.
National Police clearance (12 months).
Ability to pass a Pre-employment Medical and a Drug / Alcohol Screen.
