Job Title: Field Service Technician\

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining assets on customer sites, working across a diverse product range including access equipment, compaction, materials handling, power generation, lighting, excavation, earthmoving, pumps and more.

  • Carry out mechanical inspection, servicing and repairs across the product range in field (and in workshop as required)
  • Ensure jobs are logged in the service module and all paperwork is completed daily
  • Monitor and record parts usage
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers

The successful candidate will possess:

\
  • A mechanical trade qualification
  • Current driver's licence
  • Sound diagnostic, fault finding and problem-solving skills
  • Great communication skills with a strong customer service focus
  • Ability to work unsupervised in field
  • Ability to participate in an on-call roster
\
