As we continue to grow, we're on the lookout for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team.Site Manager at INTREC Take ownership of projects from site set-up to final handover and defect rectification Ensure safety is front and centre – setting up sites to Workplace Health & Safety standards Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and site employees for smooth, efficient delivery Keep projects on time and within scope by working closely with Construction and Building Managers Maintain accurate site records, daily reporting, and run effective toolbox talks Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders The skills we need Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering commercial construction projects $10M and above Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ability to build rapport and work collaboratively with all stakeholders Relevant trade, tertiary, and safety qualifications Proficiency in MS Project, Word, Excel, and Outlook A proactive, adaptable, and team-focused mindset Why Join Us?
