With a focus on quality, we specialise in major commercial projects in NSW. These range in value up to approximately $3 million currently, with an eye for expansion into the future as we build the skills of the team.

About the role

We are currently seeking a full-time Project Site Manager to join our team in the Newcastle area. The role works closely with our General Manager (owner), Operations Manager and installers to oversee and deliver commercial projects in a safe and timely manner.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing and managing multiple projects.

  • Managing site crews, deliveries, materials, safety, ITPs and SWMS.

  • Ensuring compliance with relevant standards.

  • Completing project risk analysis.

  • Reading and interpreting architectural/shop drawings.

  • Adhering to project timelines while ensuring the delivery of high-quality onsite work.

About You

To be successful in this role you will have the following attributes:

  • Experience in a commercial construction role, preferably with experience in aluminium window and door systems.

  • Exceptional time and project management skills to meet deadlines under pressure.

  • Ability to read architectural/shop drawings and specifications.

  • Strong leadership skills and attention to detail.

  • Understand the importance of a friendly and positive attitude.

  • Self-motivated with a high work ethic.

  • Ability to build a strong rapport with external customers and provide excellent customer service.

  • Competent with Microsoft based programs.

  • Hold a valid NSW driver's licence and have full unrestricted right to work in Australia.
