Permanent, full-time Accounts Supervisor opportunity in a large Not-for-Profit (NFP) organisation.

**Your new company**

A value-based and visionary NFP based in the western suburbs are seeking an experienced Accounts Supervisor to join their small, supportive team.

**Your new role**
- Supervision of transactional team of 3.
- Oversee and manage:

- Accounts Payable and Receivable queries and requests.
- Bank reconciliations (high volume).
- Month-end AP and AR sub-ledgers.
- Invoice compliance and timely payment.
- Timely debt collection.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience in a similar role in a Team Lead or Supervisory position is highly considered.
- 6+ years in Accounts Payable positions.
- Ability to pick up systems and processes with attention to detail.
- NFP experience is not necessary.
- Go-getter and keen to learn.
