
Business Coordinator

About the role
Your main duties will be to assist with all the various administrative and back-office tasks of a small business, including:
reporting and administrative support in business analysis
office management
assisting with recruitment and onboarding of staff
assisting with arranging staff travel
providing ongoing support to the continuous improvement of operations
ad hoc assistance to the CEO and COO
general administrative duties as required
Salary:
$80,625 to $86,990 (pro rata)
Location:
Canberra (we support a hybrid model with both in-office and work-from-home hours)
About you
You will be an office all-rounder, happy to work in a small team and independently. You will have:
an interest in science and/or content development services
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
strong skills in Microsoft 365 tools, including Excel, SharePoint and Teams
strong literacy and numeracy skills
experience using Xero (preferred)
attention to detail in maintaining filing systems and organising documents
a willingness to support all the elements that go into running a small business
a proactive approach to supporting the team and ensuring smooth business operations.
