**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Boning, slicing, trimming, mincing and preparing meat cuts for retail and wholesale sale

Operating meat processing equipment and ensuring hygiene and safety standards are maintained

Weighing and packaging meat products

Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards across the workspace

Providing customer service and advice on meat products and cooking methods

Managing inventory levels and assisting with stock rotation

**Skills and Experience Required**:
Minimum 2 years of full-time experience as a Butcher (retail or wholesale)Trade-level skills in meat preparation and processing

Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Good communication and customer service skills

**Qualifications**:
Certificate III in Meat Processing (or equivalent experience)
