**About the Role**
- Leading specialist technical teams in delivering successful ADMS projects and initiatives.
- Providing functional and/or technical expertise and insights to the team.
- Conducting technical reviews of key documents provided by vendors, suppliers, and technical solution providers.
- Ensuring the project conforms to overall business-wide quality and audit strategy.
- Planning and executing ADMS project-related activities according to the agreed Project Plan.
- Preparing project communications for stakeholders, employees, and the wider business.
- Mentoring, coaching, and counseling team members to build a highly inclusive culture and develop high-performing and empowered teams.
- Engaging and using influence with internal and external stakeholders across the board to achieve successful change management outcomes.

**About You**
- Specialized experience in energy, electrical, or utilities sector, in a similar professional role.
- Proven power system engineering experience with a solid understanding of DMS, EMS, and DERMS.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and engage stakeholders towards innovative strategies and solutions.
- Strong project management skills including the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions in a matrix managed environment.
- Results-driven with exceptional planning and organizational skills, along with a high degree of detail orientation.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey information verbally and in writing, persuade, convince, and negotiate with others.
- A flexible team player who can effectively prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projects with strong commercial focus, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
