Cloud Solutions Architect
The primary goal of the Cloud Solutions Architect is to design and develop scalable, secure, and efficient cloud infrastructure environments using automated Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) templates.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop cloud infrastructure environments for large-scale products by designing and implementing automated CI/CD pipelines and IaC templates.
Implement DevOps practices across all stages and iterations of the software development lifecycle.
Lead system design activities for strategic, large-scale systems development programmes.
Apply information security best practices to ensure cloud solutions are secure by design and embedded into solution architecture.
Provide guidance on test planning and execution, and adopt modern testing methods and automated tools to ensure high-quality DevOps practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define functional needs, resulting in the implementation of cloud solutions as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in designing and developing cloud infrastructure environments using automation tools and IaC templates.
Expertise in implementing DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure management.
Strong knowledge of cloud security best practices and ability to apply them to cloud solution design.
Ability to provide guidance on test planning and execution and to implement modern testing methods.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
