As a seasoned Cloud Platform Team Leader, you will have the opportunity to shape our cloud strategy and drive business growth. You will lead a talented group of engineers in developing innovative solutions that enable our development teams to achieve our vision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement high-performing cloud infrastructure, fostering autonomy and continuous learning within your team.
  • Cultivate a culture of innovation and collaboration, promoting modern engineering practices and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to provide strategic direction for cloud evolution, migration, and modernization.
  • Optimize cloud resource utilization, focusing on cost efficiency, performance, and value delivery.
  • Embed robust security, governance, and compliance into all cloud platforms and processes.
  • Lead incident resolution and drive root cause analysis for technical issues, ensuring timely remediation.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant technical experience or at least 2 years in a leadership role within a similar environment.
  • Proven leadership and mentoring experience with technical teams, fostering growth and development.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and maintaining composure under pressure.
  • Strong background in creating and implementing operational policies and processes.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or industry certifications in cloud, security, or core infrastructure are highly regarded.
  • Experience working within Agile project management frameworks is essential.
