**Why are we looking for an Operations Manager?**

Applied Biosecurity Solutions is a new division of Landscape Solutions, and we are looking for a talented conservations and ecologist to manage this new division and hit the ground running

**What to expect from an ABS Operations Manager position?**
- Managing revenue growth and profit achievement
- Business development support
- Ensuring customer and employee satisfaction, as well as relationship building and customer relationship management
- Asset management, maintenance, and efficiency
- Document management and control
- Undertaking Ecological report writing

**Who are we looking for?**
- Highly effective planning, organisation, and problem
- solving skills together with the ability to lead, motivate and influence others
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proven experience in a similar position within the Landscape Conservation industry
- Demonstrated capacity to meet client requirements, demonstrating diplomacy when problem solving in matters complex or sensitive
