**Company Description**:
Crown Melbourne is seeking a highly organised and proactive **Workforce Operations Coordinator** to support our Food & Beverage operations at the **Victoria Racing Club (VRC)**.

**About the Role**
As the Workforce Operations Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring optimal staffing levels across our dynamic hospitality operations. You'll be responsible for creating and managing rosters, maintaining accurate records of employee skills and availability, and collaborating with department managers to meet operational needs. This is a fast-paced role that requires adaptability, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of rostering and labour compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain employee rosters that align with operational needs and budgetary constraints.
- Monitor and update employee skills, availability, and preferences, while cross-utilising staff to optimise productivity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with department managers to resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Assist in planning staffing requirements for events, including race days and special functions.
- Provide accurate labour cost forecasts and staffing proposals, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and enterprise agreements.

**What We're Looking For**
- Experience in hospitality or F&B, with a basic understanding of kitchen operations (preferred).
- Demonstrated experience in rostering and workforce coordination.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent attention to detail, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work confidently both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and rostering software (Virtual Roster or TASC preferred).
- Solid understanding of labour laws, enterprise agreements, and financial reporting.

**Additional Information**:
**This is a Max Term Contract until April 1st, 2026**
