Job Title: Workforce Coordinator

 The Workforce Coordinator plays a vital role in our business, working closely with the team to coordinate work schedules for various branches across VIC.

 Based out of our Keysborough Head Office, this role offers variety and engagement with stakeholders directly over the phone while administering notes and scheduling jobs. The position supports Branch Managers, Team Leaders, clients, and construction supervisors to ensure that trucks arrive on-site on time, ready with the right products to install height safety systems, ensuring all trades are kept safe on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling jobs between trucks to service various building sites for our branches
  • Liaising closely with your Branch Manager and assisting with smooth operations throughout the day
  • Receiving and responding to phone calls and email enquiries from clients
  • Ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and resolve concerns or issues
  • Admin responsibilities of entering bookings
  • Optimizing schedules to achieve maximum branch profitability

About You:

 To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You must be able to build excellent working relationships, particularly with clients and Branch Managers, and consistently provide outstanding customer service. Your strong organizational and prioritization skills, combined with previous experience in a fast-paced environment, will enable you to excel in this position.
