We have a secret we've been keeping... Yo-Chi is opening a brand new venue in the iconic Eastland Shopping Centre and we're looking for a Venue Manager and Assistant Venue Manager to lead the way in this exciting new location

As the leader of the pack, you'll keep things running smoothly, from making sure customers leave with big smiles to guiding an awesome team. You'll handle the day-to-day, keep the venue sparkling, and make sure everything's running like a dream. Plus, you'll manage inventory, KPIs, and the venue's P&L.

**What you'll do**:

- Lead by example and drive exceptional customer service.
- Drive and maintain venue cleanliness standards, and keep everything running efficiently.
- Day to day inventory management and stock control.
- Ensure health & safety standards are met and maintain a safe work environment.
- Hire, train, develop and motivate a team.
- Manage KPIs including Labour and COGs.
- Responsible for venue P&L management.

**What we're looking for**:

- Leadership experience in retail or hospitality (QSR experience = bonus)
- A people person who can bring out the best in their team and customers
- A go-getter with a positive, can-do attitude
- Experience in creating rosters, managing KPI's and developing a team
- Organised, proactive, and always up for the challenge
