Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned retail professional to lead our Eastland team and elevate store performance.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for jewellery and customer service to join a trusted business and make a meaningful impact.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, coaching and developing the team, ensuring high levels of merchandising, managing inventory, maintaining security over company assets, and staff training.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong sales background with a passion for selling.
  • Solid store management experience within jewellery, homewares, fashion or accessories - minimum 2 years Store Management experience.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills demonstrated through previous roles.
  • Demonstrated time management skills.
