**Your New Role**

- Reporting to the Transport Manager, we have an opportunity available to join our team in Brooklyn.
- You will play a pivotal role in ensuring administrative operations run smoothly and that our service delivery remains seamless and customer focused.
- To achieve this, your daily tasks will include:
- Promote a safety first culture ensuring commitment to safety, Chain of Responsibility and NHVL.
- Overseeing day to day admin duties
- Being the go to contact for escalated queries from drivers, clients & internal teams
- Leading the invoice cycle and driver pay processes
- Ensuring accurate and timely data entry & reporting
- Onboarding new customers and drivers into our systems
- Proactive management of customers, driver & internal stake holder relationships
- Assist the Transport Manager in day to day operations via administration of Transport operations.
- Assist the transport allocator in the day to day admin tasks associated with scheduling of drivers
- To be successful in this challenging position you will be able to demonstrate the following skills or attributes,
- Knowledge of Transport & Logistics with experience in a similar role
- Sound knowledge of relevant transport industry codes and NHVL.
- Excellent administration and time management skills.
- An organised and systematic approach to work with a high attention to detail.
- Tertiary qualifications in Transport, Business or in a similar field are desirable but not essential.
- Ability to be flexible with work hours.
