Overview
Kerman Contracting Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join our team. You will be responsible for ongoing contract administration with a focus on head contract management. This role is based at our head office in Applecross and is offered on a permanent full-time basis.
Base pay range
A$180,000.00/yr - A$200,000.00/yr

Key responsibilities
Select appropriate downstream forms of agreement, negotiate and draft final terms for downstream contracts, with due consideration of risk allocation and upstream obligations.
Prepare contractual correspondence and provide contractual advice.
Prepare and agree payment claims, notify and price variation claims/EOT claims and manage registers.
Maintain registers for variations, claims, insurances, securities, etc.
Assess, certify and process payment claims.
Forecast monthly cost and revenue.
Provide guidance and coaching to contract administrators and other team members.
About you
Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management is desirable but not necessary
5+ years' experience in the construction industry
Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience working on multi-disciplinary construction projects
