  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer engagement\
  • Train and develop staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge\
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to make informed business decisions\
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required\
  • Foster a positive and inclusive team culture\
  • Contribute to the development of new menu items and promotions\
  • Promote the cafe's brand and image through social media and other marketing channels\
